Betty Jo Miller

Born in Houston and raised in Sheldon, Texas, Betty Jo Miller began her career working for a small foster agency group near Austin, Texas.
While there, she started by billing the state Medicaid program. In 2009, Betty Jo joined the billing department at UTMB, where she worked her way to being a Medicare Audit Specialist.
Betty Jo has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field that has served as a stepping stone to her insurance career as an Independent Medicare Broker/Agent. Her marketing, physician, and billing knowledge is a tremendous asset in this role.
After her first client appointment in October 2014, she knew her calling was helping and serving seniors in her community as a Healthcare Broker/Agent. Today, she continues her full-time career as a Healthcare Plan Specialist, working with seniors to help them navigate the complex world of Medicare.

We’re proud to highlight Kathryn Nicholas, who joined Seabrook Senior Health Insurance Brokerage in 2021 as a Data Entry Specialist. Kathryn graduated from UHCL in December 2022 with a degree in Business and has since become indispensable in client relations, data entry, and business office management.
Her hard work, dedication, and attention to detail have made her an essential part of keeping our office running smoothly.
We’re thrilled to see Kathryn continue to grow her career here and know she will make a lasting impact on the clients and families we serve. 💙

Born in The Woodlands and now residing in Conroe, Texas, Erin Hayes began her career as a dog groomer, working in several different shops. While she has always loved helping animals, Erin has shifted her career toward helping people.

We are excited to welcome Justin Miller as the newest licensed agent and broker on our team! Justin and Betty Jo Miller have been happily married for 14 years and are proud parents of three boys and one daughter. Together, they are passionate about helping clients navigate their medical plan search needs and everyday insurance questions.
Justin brings a wealth of experience from his background in the chemical plants and refineries, where he worked as a pipefitter mechanic. In that role, he naturally transitioned into educating and training others—teaching pipefitters, welders, and helpers about processes and procedures. Now, he’s applying that same skill set to educating families and seniors about their insurance options.
Born in Buffalo, New York, Justin moved to Texas early in life—just like so many others who quickly discover everything is bigger (and better!) in Texas!
