Betty Jo Miller
Your local licensed Medicare Broker
Born in Houston and raised in Sheldon, Texas, Betty Jo Miller began her career working for a small foster agency group near Austin, Texas.
While there, she started by billing the state Medicaid program. In 2009, Betty Jo joined the billing department at UTMB, where she worked her way to being a Medicare Audit Specialist.
Betty Jo has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field that has served as a stepping stone to her insurance career as an Independent Medicare Broker/Agent. Her marketing, physician, and billing knowledge is a tremendous asset in this role.
After her first client appointment in October 2014, she knew her calling was helping and serving seniors in her community as a Healthcare Broker/Agent. Today, she continues her full-time career as a Healthcare Plan Specialist, working with seniors to help them navigate the complex world of Medicare.

Kathryn Nicholas
Kathryn came to work for Seabrook Senior Health Insurance in 2021 as a Data Entry Specialist and has since become indispensable. After graduating from UHCL in December of 2022 with a degree in Business, she still performs data entry and now also handles some of our accounting and customer outreach.
Kathryn recently passed her state licensing exam and is ready to help you with all of your insurance needs.
Erin Hayes
Born in The Woodlands and now residing in Conroe, Texas, Erin began her career as a dog groomer, working at several different grooming shops. She loves helping animals and is shifting her career to helping people.
Erin passed her state exam decided to become a Texas Agent/ Broker and is ready to help you with your insurance needs!
