Betty Jo Miller
Your local licensed Medicare Broker
Born in Houston and raised in Sheldon, Texas, Betty Jo Miller began her career working for a small foster agency group near Austin, Texas.
While there, she started by billing the state Medicaid program. In 2009, Betty Jo joined the billing department at UTMB, where she worked her way to being a Medicare Audit Specialist.
Betty Jo has 20+ years of experience in the medical billing field that has served as a stepping stone to her insurance career as an Independent Medicare Broker/Agent. Her marketing, physician, and billing knowledge is a tremendous asset in this role.
After her first client appointment in October 2014, she knew her calling was helping and serving seniors in her community as a Healthcare Broker/Agent. Today, she continues her full-time career as a Healthcare Plan Specialist, working with seniors to help them navigate the complex world of Medicare.
Jennifer was born in Bryan-College Station and raised on the coast of Galveston Bay. She and her husband of 27 years have raised their two children on the coast and remain within 10 miles of where they grew up.
Before becoming a parent, Jennifer began working as a receptionist and, through hard work and dedication, had the opportunity to fill various positions, including marketing and IT, helping to develop in-house accounting software. She has always loved working with children and had the opportunity to do so in Dickinson ISD and Clear Creek ISD while raising her children. During that time, as a Race Director, she also helped create and design the annual Captain Kid's Triathlon at Moody Gardens. She enjoyed her time there from its inception in 2013 to 2023. She now works part-time for IRONMAN Group as a Volunteer Director and assists with races nationwide.
Jennifer began assisting Betty Jo as a Data Entry Specialist in the Spring of 2019. She has helped manage Marketing for the past 3 years and recently passed the State Licensing Requirements to sell insurance in Texas.

Kathryn Nicholas
Kathryn came to work for Seabrook Senior Health Insurance in 2021 as a Data Entry Specialist and has since become indispensable. After graduating from UHCL in December of 2022 with a degree in Business, she still performs data entry and now also handles some of our accounting and customer outreach.
Kathryn recently passed her state licensing exam and is ready to help you with all of your insurance needs.
Erin Nolan
Born in The Woodlands and now residing in Conroe, Texas, Erin began her career as a dog groomer, working at several different grooming shops. She loves helping animals and is shifting her career to helping people.

Eve Bala
Eve was born in Salt Lake City, UT, and shortly thereafter moved to TX. She was raised in League City as the second oldest of 6 children.
Eve began working for Betty Jo as a Data Entry Specialist in August 2022. Since then, Eve graduated from Clear Creek HS in May 2024 and plans to attend college while she continues working alongside Betty Jo and earning her own license to sell insurance.
